Andrew + Jordin • Mountain Engagements

I met Andrew the day after I met my husband, Jacob. So I have known him for quite some time. He's been one of my greatest friends throughout the years. I still remember him sitting in our apartment this winter swiping through Tinder when he said something along the lines of, "Guys! This girl says she's a special snowflake looking for the sharpest crayon". Andrew was hooked. He had to meet Jordin after seeing that creativity on her bio. They've been inseparable since.

There is no one more perfect for Andrew than Jordin. She is seriously one of the most down to earth girls I know! She brings out the absolute best in Andrew. We adventured to the mountains for their engagements and we had the dreamiest fog! I have wanted to shoot in fog for so long and it finally happened! It couldn't have happened on a better session. I love these two so much. I'm so very grateful for their friendship, their sense of adventure, (even when they want to go to corn mazes in below freezing temps 😂 ), and their kindness.  And they hired me to document their Washington Wedding this winter!!! Jacob and I get to visit Washington again and I couldn't be more stoked!

Joelle + Trevor • Mountain Anniversary

When it comes to family sessions, I have always made it a goal to take the parents aside and get updated images of just the two of them. Life gets busy and crazy. Date nights may not happen as often as they used to, and that quality time together ends up being the 20 seconds laying in bed before you fall asleep. But marriage is so important. And I'd say it become that much more important once you do have littles. Which is why I LOVE getting these shots. I love capture love still on fire. Joelle and Trevor still look like newlyweds. Enjoy their anniversary session up in the mountains!

Jessica + Taylor • Idaho Bridals

Oh, this bridal session melts my heart! Jessica and Taylor were extremely giddy during their session. As we were about to start their first look at the beginning of their session, I went to see if Jessica needed anything at her car. Jessica and I then started walking over to Taylor, who was turned the opposite way so he couldn't see Jessica. Right as we were just a few yards away, Taylor peaked at Jessica before we had given him the go ahead! He was still so excited to see Jessica when we did the official first look, but I thought is was so cute that Taylor couldn't help but sneak a look before he was supposed to.

As we hung out for the evening, Jessica and Taylor were not afraid to be themselves! It was great seeing them take a pose and make it their own. All their emotions and interactions were so genuine which is what I strive for in all my sessions. Real emotions and images that make you feel something.

Happy Wedding Day Jessica and Taylor!
