Madison + Jeff

Madison was the giveaway winner on Instagram just about two months ago and she decided to do an anniversary session. Madison and Jeff have been married for a little over a month and are just the sweetest together! They were married in Idaho Falls Temple which happens to be one of my favorite temples. On the way to the session Madison got a flat tire and I felt horrible that I couldn’t help her and that it was the day of her session! But it all worked out and we got to our location during the perfect time. The golden light we had was so dreamy! Some times I forgot how gorgeous this state is. Idaho has so much to offer and I need to be better at taking advantage of it. I’m so grateful Madison and Jeff were willing to go explore and hike with me because we got some of the most epic shots! Enjoy some of my favorites from their session.

Abby + Jared • Mountain Engagements

Two weeks ago I had the opportunity to document Abby and Jared's engagements! Abby was actually in my home Stake growing up in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Our families had game nights all together! I have some cool memories with the Henrie family. 

Abby and Jared are a sweetheart couple. They both are on their last few semesters at BYU-I with Abby in Exercise Physiology and Jared in Neurobiology. I love how carefree Jared and Abby are. They could do be doing anything together and they would be enjoyed it. When I asked Jared to slow dance with Abby I asked what their song was and they told me Perfect by Ed Sheeran. This song seems totally them! And I loved seeing Jared open the car door for Abby the moment they arrived and as they left.

The day before Abby and Jared‘s engagement session we had 40+ mph winds! I'm so glad that it ended up being a beautiful day. We enjoyed some time up at Kelly Canyon and the grass was just barely turning green! Abby and Jared will be getting married at the Idaho Falls Temple. Jake and I were married at the Idaho Falls Temple as well so it holds a special place in my heart! Can’t wait to be a part of these two’s wedding in June!

Courtney + Ethan • Idaho Falls Temple

The day has finally come and I am so happy! Courtney and Ethan are officially husband and wife and they make THE BEST couple! 

Two weeks ago I was able to document their bridal session. We started at the Idaho Falls Temple for their first look. It was absolutely beautiful evening! Ethan was just so excited to see Courtney in her beautiful wedding dress. Ethan immediately hugged Courtney the moment he saw her and you could just feel the love from that moment. We then moved to Tautphaus Park for the rest of the session. I love this park because it’s so close to town. I got to know Courtney’s family during their session. Courtney's sisters Lauren and Megin were there as well as her mom and dad to help out.

I love that Ethan and Courtney don’t need much to be happy. I can tell that they will be able to get through any trial life throws at them. They are seriously just the sweetest couple who sincerely love each other. I loved that Courtney was smiling whenever she looked a Ethan. And Ethan loves Courtney. There is no denying that fact. He would do absolutely anything from her and I love that I could tell that just from the fews hours I spent with them. They were sealed for time and all eternity this morning. I’m so excited to party with them tonight at their reception!
